The workshops are just one of the events organised to coincide with the Lewis Chessmen Unmasked exhibition which opened last week [07 October] at Aberdeen Art Gallery, Schoolhill.

The chessmen represent one of the most important archaeological discoveries ever made in Scotland. This major exhibition casts fresh light on their significance and considers their possible origins.

Supported by the Scottish Government this touring exhibition is on show at Aberdeen Art Gallery until Saturday 08 January 2011.
