Lunchtime Talk - The Jacobite Season

Rebellion on Record covers the subject of Jacobite sympathy and activity recorded in the collections of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Archives.

It shows the period from the 1688 overthrow of the Stewart Kings to the violent and bloody aftermath of the disastrous 1745-6 rebellion as it affected the City of Aberdeen.
