The craft of silversmithing in Aberdeen can be traced back to the 13th century, but the 17th century saw the creation of some of the most important and impressive examples of the craft.

This talk illustrates their amazing skill and shows that Aberdeen’s craftsmen were in touch with the latest fashions of Scotland and Europe.
