Aberdeen Art Gallery, the Remembrance Hall and Cowdray Hall are currently being redeveloped. Upon re-opening, the Remembrance Hall balcony will have digital exhibitions exploring memories about war and conflict, focusing on people who live or lived in Aberdeen.
A final opportunity to view this display which marks the centenary year of the Battle of Jutland.
This year marks the 400th anniversary of the Tolbooth, one of Aberdeen’s oldest buildings, and one of the best preserved 17th century gaols in Scotland.
Whilst Aberdeen Art Gallery is closed for redevelopment, due to re-open in Winter 2017, you can see the City's collections at other venues in the city and shire and while on loan to galleries in the UK and abroad.
